 SHIPPING POLICY and ORDER PROCESSING



Order processing may take longer than normal.



Currently, IveyMarc Beauty Solutions can only be shipped within the United States.



Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation.



After confirming your order and processing it, we will ship your order within 5-7 business days. Depending on your location, your order may be in transit for 2-5 days. 


Your item/s should arrive within 2 weeks after your order has been placed and shipped.  If you haven't yet received your order after 2 weeks, please email us via the contact page on our website. 


While our objective is to get your package to you much quicker than the time frames mentioned, we are a small business with a small team of people,  and orders could take as long as specified above.


TRACKING


Once your order has been shipped, we will email you your tracking information.


Tracking information is sent automatically via email to the email address you provide at checkout.


Please note, you will receive a tracking email once your shipping label has been created however the creation of a label does not necessarily mean your order has left our facility.



WRONG ADDRESS



What should I do if I gave you the wrong address with my order?


Please email us the correct address within 2-5 days or immediately after you've placed your order at  shopiveymarc@gmail.com or iveyandmarc@gmail.com.


Please note, once your order has shipped we can not change the shipping address nor are we responsible for packages sent to the wrong address as no fault of our own.



CANCELLATIONS


Once an order is placed we do NOT cancel orders. Please make sure you are using the correct payment method for your order.
